Kitchen Assistant 80 - 100%
Role Overview
You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting the team, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the kitchen running efficiently – coordinate workflows and maintain organisation
- Food prep – prepare ingredients and plate up the dishes
- Ensure top hygiene and quality – uphold HACCP standards at all times
- Manage stock levels – check inventory and ordering supplies
- Help maintain cleanliness – ensure workstations, equipment, and the overall kitchen remain clean
- Handle general kitchen tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in gastronomy or kitchen work
- No completed EFZ training as a chef is necessary
- Highly motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn
- Fluent in German and English
- Reliable, well-organised, and committed to maintaining high hygiene standards
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Compliance with HACCP standards is desired
