Kitchen Manager (m/w/d) for the Racing Unleashed Lounge in Zürich 80-100%
As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting the team, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Your Responsibilities

Keep the kitchen running efficiently – coordinate workflows and maintain organization

Food prep – prepare ingredients and plate up the dishes

Ensure top hygiene and quality – uphold HACCP standards at all times

Manage stock levels – check inventory and ordering supplies

Help maintain a seamless operation during busy times

Maintain cleanliness – ensure workstations, equipment, and the overall kitchen remain spotless

Handle general kitchen tasks
Your Qualification

Previous experience in gastronomy or kitchen work

No completed EFZ training as a chef necessary

Highly motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn

Reliable, well-organized, and committed to maintaining high hygiene standards

Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Compliance with HACCP standards desired
